Salvador Rodríguez
Salvador Rodríguez is the General Manager of INGHO engineering company in Malaga, Spain, since 2004, and founder of the company. From 1993 to 2004 he was General Director of the Costa del Sol Hospital en Marbella (Málaga). Salvador Rodríguez is coordinator of the master’s degree programs “Engineering” and “Facility Management in the Health Sector” at the University of Málaga.
Salvador Rodríguez has extensive experience in the management of infrastructures in the health sector, particularly in technical installations and services. He was involved in the planning and commissioning of several hospitals in Spain, such as the Hospital de Poniente in El Éjido (Almería), the Hospital Alto Guadalquivir in Andújar (Jaén) or the Hospital Costa del Sol. Internationally, Salvador Rodríguez has carried out projects in Honduras, Nicaragua, Brazil, Guatemala, Chile and Peru.

Manuel Gallardo
Manuel Gallardo is co-founder of the engineering firm INGHO FM (Malaga, Spain) and has been its technical director since 2004. Since 2013, he has also been a lecturer in the Máquinas y Motores Térmicos department at the University of Málaga’s School of Engineering.
Manuel Gallardo has extensive experience in the maintenance of large buildings. From 1999 to 2004, he was responsible for the maintenance management of facilities and electromedical equipment at the Costa del Sol Hospital and for maintenance and safety at the Martín Carpena Sports Centre in Málaga. He was involved in many other projects and was jointly responsible for the planning of technical installations in existing buildings, new buildings or major renovation measures.
Manuel Gallardo is an expert in facility engineering in large buildings and has participated in various conferences for professionals and researchers. He is co-author of several technical books and scientific publications. He is also a member of the technical committee at AENOR, the Spanish Society for Standardisation and Certification, and is particularly active here in working groups 3 “Buildings” and 4 “Energy and Environment”, which belong to CTN 178 “Smart Cities”. Furthermore, Manuel Gallardo is also a member of the Technical Committee of the Andalusian Energy Technology Association (ATEAN).

Emilio Miranda
Emilio Miranda has been a consultant and project engineer for INGHO since the company was founded in 2004. His work includes technical installations for buildings in the healthcare sector and other sectors (public buildings, hotels, sports facilities, etc.). He is also involved in the planning of industrial plants, heating and air-conditioning systems as well as plants for thermal and photovoltaic energy generation and conversion. The planning of electrical systems, fire protection and the planning of medical gas lines are among his main tasks.
Emilio Miranda was trained as an industrial engineer at the Technical School of the University of Malaga. From 2015 – 2016, he continued his education in a master’s degree programme as a specialist engineer for the management of hospital infrastructures. Additional further training in BIM/ MEP, electrics and biosecurity complete his expertise. He has published several technical articles and is a member of professional organisations Green Building Council Spain (GBCe) and the Technical Committee of the Andalucia Energy Association (ATEAN).

Rocio Angulo

Cristina Jurado
Cristina Jurado is Head of Business Development at INGHO in Málaga and works as a consultant for INM GmbH. Cristina focuses on project management for the design, production, construction, commissioning, approval, and warranty phases and she supervises and coordinates the teams on site. Mrs Jurado has managed 15 projects in the healthcare sector in Switzerland, Germany and Spain. She has extensive implementation experience in the planning and construction phases. She analyses construction feasibility, checks compliance with quality and budget and is responsible for risk management.

Antonio Tellez
Antonio Tellez joined Ingho FM in 2008 and has a Master’s degree in Engineering. His work focuses on energy efficiency models and the planning of technical facilities for hospitals. He has a wide range of programming skills and is the head of the IT team.

Silvia Llamazares

Alberto Mateos
Alberto Mateos is head of medical technology planning at Ingho FM. He has a degree in healthcare engineering and a master’s degree in engineering and management of hospital infrastructure projects.

Hieronimus Nickl
Hieronimus Nickl is co-founder and managing director of INM Haustechnik und Medizinplanung GmbH. He is the managing director of Nickl & Partner Architekten Deutschland GmbH. He joined Nickl & Partner Architekten AG in 2003 and has been with the company since 2005 as a project and team leader specialising in international projects. Since 2015, he has also been Managing Director of the Beijing office.
Hieronimus Nickl studied architecture until 2003 in the
Diploma course at the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt. In 2008, he completed an MBA degree, International Hospital and
Healthcare Management, with a Master’s degree from the Frankfurt School of Finance &
Management Bank Academy.
The focus of his work lies in the planning of buildings in the healthcare sector, but
also in the areas of teaching and research as well as in social housing and in the
Urban planning (private and public sectors). Besides his main activity in Germany, Hieronimus Nickl was
and is also involved in the planning of various international hospital projects in Austria,
Switzerland, Italy, France, Russia, the United Arab Emirates and the People’s Republic
of China.

Prof. Frank Christ
Frank Christ is Chairman of the Board of Directors of MMI Schweiz AG and MMI Group AG and Managing Partner of Munich Medical International GmbH. He is Associate Professor of Anaesthesiology at LMU Munich and was Head of Cardiac Surgical Anaesthesia for many years. Together with Prof. Martin Fischer, he heads the Faculty Development at LMU Medical Faculty.
In 2005, he founded MMI GmbH as a subsidiary of the University of Munich (LMU). MMI has been an independent company cooperating with the University Hospital Munich since 2008. Together with Rolf Engel and Andreas Walter, he founded MMI Schweiz AG in 2016. The two companies of the MMI Group are mainly active in the planning and restructuring of hospitals and medical services in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe. Frank Christ heads the hospital planning team and is responsible for the master planning projects of various university hospitals in Switzerland and Germany (i.e. Ulm, Heidelberg, Bern, Münster and Hannover).
Prof. Christ has many years of experience in the clinical field as well as in international health management. He participated in various management programmes at Harvard Business School and the Sloane School at MIT Boston. He was granted several patents as part of his medical research. He founded two biotech companies as well as other companies (e.g. International Campus AG Munich, EMIS Medical GmbH).
Frank Christ is Managing Director of INM Haustechnik und Medizinplanung GmbH and has been a board member of several companies (e.g. EasyMed Mobile (Geneva and Toronto), ProVita Ltd (Abu Dhabi) and Bourn Hall International (London).
He is also involved in faculty development and university teaching. He was a co-initiator of the Harvard Munich Alliance for Medical Education, which was founded to develop and implement a new medical curriculum at the University of Munich (MeCuM). Prof. Christ has been a course leader or lecturer in didactic training programmes at the medical faculties in Munich and Leipzig for many years. In collaboration with members of Harvard University, he advised international universities (e.g. Medical Faculty of the University of Zagreb, Medical and Dental University of Tokyo) on the reform of their medical curricula.
